You will work work in collaboration with the Operational team in the area to increase brand awareness in the community and further afield. We need someone who can bring creative thinking and problem solving to their approach. Specialist training will be provided to help you understand the nature of the service that we provide, visiting with the people that we support to find a perfect match of support staff.
You will screen potential candidates and arrange interviews, make offers and pipeline as new business comes through. Compliance and onboarding is managed elsewhere in the team.
The Ideal Candidate
You must be an experienced recruiter, ideally having worked in Health and Social care before with a passion for making a difference to people's lives.
You will have experience of planning creative recruitment campaigns and inspiring those around you. Attention to detail is essential as are excellent communication skills.
You will need to have a valid UK Driving Licence to properly cover the area with access to a suitable vehicle.
