The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within EUPD, bipolar disorder and anti-social personality traits.
You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.
Package Description
Gray Healthcare are looking for Mental Health support workers to support a lady who has diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, EUPD with Narcissistic and Anti-Social Behaviour traits. She lives alone in her own property in North Hykeham, Lincoln.
The person we support is a 58 year old lady that is supported on a 2:1 basis. She enjoys conversing with her Support Team, watching films, listening to music and shopping. She is gaining confidence to access the Community to shop and go for coffees while out with her Support Team.
The vacancy is 36 hours per week 3 x 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm.
