The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation. You need to be a team player with effective communication skills, be experienced in using digital records and care plans, and electronic rostering systems.
Experience with dealing with non-verbal and epilepsy individuals will be an advantage.
Package Description
Gray Healthcare are looking for support workers to support a young lady on a 2:1 basis to move into her new home and work towards the next chapter of her life!
The person supported enjoys crafts, listening to music and will sing and dance with staff, likes to be at home but will need support to access the community to participate in activities such as swimming and cycling. Family are very important to her and will be involved going forward. The individual works well being praised for positive behaviour.
The vacancy is 36hrs comprising 2 x 12 days + 1 waking night, 8am-8pm.
