You will be qualified in Occupational Therapy and we are flexible as to what that means to you; about to qualify, newly qualified, in practice, returning to work and so on. You will need to be HCPC registered and have relevant experience relating to Mental Health, Learning Disability, Complex Needs, Autism and / or Acquired Brain Injury.
You must be able to drive as it is a regional role and have access to a vehicle with business insurance. Mileage is paid on-top of the car allowance.
Package Description
As an Occupational Therapist working within Gray Healthcare, you will be joining our friendly and experienced Clinical Team.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your current skills in addition to developing yourself as an autonomous practitioner.
You will be part of a team providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to people with complex needs who are supported to live a meaningful life in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have excellent skills in delivering the Occupational Therapy Process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation both through direct Service User contact where required and by providing coaching and guidance to Support Staff.
Gray Healthcare’s model is underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support and as such, you will be expected to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the provision of robust, positive and evidence-based support.
We provide support to individuals all over the UK and this role is to fiscus on the north, mostly north-west. Based from home you will travel to see the people we support as well as attend meeting at the Liverpool office when required.
