Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Role Overview
Gray Healthcare is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic relaunch and positioning of the organisation. This role will strengthen our reputation as a provider of high-quality, specialist and complex care, driving appropriate referrals, commissioner confidence and measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will deliver data-driven, outcome-focused marketing activity that supports sustainable growth, evidences impact and promotes the quality, safety and effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the relaunch and repositioning of Gray Healthcare, developing a clear outcome-led value proposition aligned to complex care pathways, commissioner priorities and CQC Outstanding standards.
- Develop and deliver an annual marketing strategy with clear KPIs, ROI tracking and measurable impact.
- Use data and insight to improve referral quality, conversion, stakeholder engagement, website performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, NHS and local authority partners, external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead the development of accurate, evidence-based content, including case studies, impact reports and service success stories.
- Oversee digital marketing, including WordPress website performance, SEO, SEM, analytics and user experience.
- Lead PR, reputation management, brand consistency, awards submissions, events and exhibitions.
- Work closely with clinical, operational and quality teams to ensure all marketing outputs are accurate, auditable and aligned to service delivery, outcomes, safety and quality.
- Use campaign performance, feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement and shared learning.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven marketing management experience within healthcare or social care.
- Experience leading a strategic relaunch, rebrand or repositioning project.
- Strong digital marketing and analytics expertise, including SEO, SEM, CRM and website management.
- Ability to translate data into insight and deliver measurable growth and impact.
- Understanding of person-centred, ethical and evidence-based communication.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of NHS, local authority and commissioning environments.
- Understanding of referral pathways and CQC standards.
