Main Responsibility
As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Autism and Mental Health.
A manual driving licence is required for this role.
You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.
Package Description
Gray Healthcare are looking for male support workers to support a non-verbal young man with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder in his own home. You must have previous experience with Autism and behaviours that challenge and be able to drive the mobility vehicle.
