The Ideal Candidate
You will have worked in a similar role previously, ideally within Health and Social Care. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is enthusiastic and motivated, a proficient user of IT including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will have Mental Health sector knowledge and understand learning within CQC frameworks.

As part of our commitment to ongoing learning and development, Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator to be based in our central office in Wavertree, Liverpool.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a learning and development or training time, administering the Learning Management System, allocating learning and overseeing compliance rates.
We have a mixture of online, in-person and eLearning within our learning portfolio which all needs overseeing, arranging and reporting on with a collaborative approach.
