About the Role
Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Female Support Worker to support an individual living independently in her own home in Lincoln. She receives 1:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent female support team working day and night shifts.
This role focuses on supporting independence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful engagement. The individual enjoys spending time with her support team, cooking, and accessing the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting safe and independent living
• Promoting routine and meaningful activity
• Following person-centred support plans and risk assessments
• Using calm, consistent, least restrictive approaches
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and responding to distress
• Building a trusting and professional relationship
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in health and social care
• Experience supporting behaviours of distress
• Ability to adapt communication
• Calm and consistent approach
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Commitment to person-centred care

Working Hours
• 36-hour contract
• 3 x 12-hour night shifts (8pm–8am)
