Female Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Mold, Flintshire
Pay: £13.50 per hour

About the Role
Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Female Support Worker to support an individual living independently in her own home in Mold. She receives 1:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent female support team working day and night shifts.
This role is focused on supporting emotional wellbeing, independence, and engagement in meaningful activity. The individual enjoys spending time in the community and participating in both indoor and outdoor activities.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as the individual has access to a mobility vehicle.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting safe and independent living
• Encouraging engagement in community-based activities
• Following person-centred support plans and risk assessments
• Using calm and least restrictive approaches
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and responding to distress
• Building a safe and trusting relationship
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in mental health support
• Experience supporting behaviours of distress
• Ability to adapt communication to individual needs
• Calm and resilient approach
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong person-centred values
Desirable:
• Full UK driving licence (essential for this role)

Working Hours
• 24-hour contract
• 2 x 12-hour day shifts
