£26 – 28k – full time office based in Wavertree, Liverpool.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

 

We are seeking to hire a Bid Resourcer to join our Business Development Team due to our ongoing growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth strategy by identifying opportunities for Bid Writers to develop competitive bids that highlight our expertise

 

 

Introduction to the role:

 

Key Responsibilities of the Bid Resourcer

  • Collaborate with and provide support to the Bid Writers.
  • Manage the tendering portals used by health and social care purchasing authorities.
  • Generate daily alerts from these portals for potential referrals of individuals we may wish to support
  • Act quickly and efficiently to determine if these referrals fit our criteria.
  • Record the relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Distribute the information to the Bid Writers for verification before forwarding it to subject matter experts.
  • If the relevant departments wish to pursue further action, coordinate the responses accordingly.

 

 

Essential Skills and Experience of the Bid Resourcer

  • A minimum of two years of experience in resourcing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, organise information, and maintain a high level of detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and understand client requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build rapport to facilitate information gathering.
  • Education to GCSE level in English and Mathematics, with grades A-C.
