The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced Support Workers for this team who have a manual driving license to drive the mobility vehicle.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Mental Health.
You will have an interest, motivation and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.

Support Worker opportunity in Telford, Shropshire for bank team
Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join their team in Telford, supporting a gentleman with a mild learning disability, Schizo-Affective disorder and Epilepsy.
The person supported has a great sense of humour, loves chatting and spending time with people. He especially enjoys shopping and going out for lunch especially chips and gravy!
He loves to listen to music especially Ministry of Sound and loves to share a story or two of his past!
The support is provided in a house in Telford, Shropshire and the team is 3-to-1 support by a mixed team of both male and female Support Workers.
The vacancy is for bank coverage, working 12-hour shifts. This is a flexible option and you will not have set hours or days of work, you will be offered available shifts to cover sickness or annual leave.
