Main Responsibility
As a Bank Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within Learning Disabilities and Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health.
You will have an interest, motivation, and enthusiasm to develop experience and skills to work with people with complex needs. Ideally you will have at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards the qualification within Gray Healthcare.
Package Description
Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join their specialist team across the Lincoln area.
We support 4 individuals in the Lincoln area within their own home who may have a Learning Disability, Autism, Personality Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Epilepsy and people whom require support with their Mental Health.
You will be an instrumental part of the bank support team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training.
As a bank worker, you would be offered shifts when they were available which are flexible to fit around your other work or responsibilities. We can also be flexible around hours/shift times.
