Main Responsibility
You will report to the Regional Manager and provide charismatic and inspirational leadership for Community Support Managers who, in turn, manage the Support Worker teams.
You will be experienced in in the operational management in Learning Disabilities/ Mental Health or Health and Social Care environment and ideally have specialist knowledge of clinical governance.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate must have previous management experience in a Health and Social Care setting, ideally those with complex needs. You will have experience of working closely with commissioners and CQC, understanding the benefits of a person-centred approach and having a positive can-do attitude.
It is essential that you are mobile throughout the Central and North region, ideally being based in Staffordshire. You need to have access to a vehicle and hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
The closing date for applications is 10th October. Shortlisting will be completed by 17th October and face-to-face interviews will be held at our Head Office in Liverpool on 25th and 26th October.
